In keeping with last fall’s harvest celebration, we’re preparing another Suya BBQ on the open fire!
This is a casual meetup is for us to catch up with each other and share our plans for the summer. If you haven’t been to the meetup site, this is an excellent opportunity to see what we are doing and make some new friends.
Additional activities for the evening:
- We might have a hot pile to turn, if the timing works out
- We’re planning a communal garden and welcome anyone interested
- Checking the compost piles
- Compost screening for anyone who needs
Potluck Information:
- Suya BBQ by donation
- Additional bbq, side dishes, desserts, and beverages welcome
- Bring your own utensils for food & drink (backups available if you forget)
Accessing the site:
- Vehicle access through the north gate, just off 11 Street SE.
- Parking to the right, on the west side of property, before the greenhouse
- Compost site is on the other side of the greenhouse
- No running water or toilets on site, so please prepare in advance
