Live Worms

We take every precaution to ensure live worms are packaged securely and arrive in healthy condition. However, unforeseen circumstances during transit can sometimes cause issues.

  • If your worms arrive dead or in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide photos of the package and worms as evidence.
  • A full or partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the issue.

Soil Amendments

We ensure all soil amendments meet the quality standards advertised on our website.

  • If you believe there is a defect or contamination, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide detailed information about the issue and photos of the product.
  • Refunds or replacements may be offered upon review.

Equipment

For equipment, we accept refund requests if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
  • You provide proof of damage or defect, such as photos or videos.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products and their shipping costs, we rarely accept returns.

  • This applies to live worms, soil amendments, and any opened or used equipment.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  1. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
  2. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
