Live Worms
We take every precaution to ensure live worms are packaged securely and arrive in healthy condition. However, unforeseen circumstances during transit can sometimes cause issues.
- If your worms arrive dead or in poor condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must provide photos of the package and worms as evidence.
- A full or partial refund may be issued based on the extent of the issue.
Soil Amendments
We ensure all soil amendments meet the quality standards advertised on our website.
- If you believe there is a defect or contamination, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide detailed information about the issue and photos of the product.
- Refunds or replacements may be offered upon review.
Equipment
For equipment, we accept refund requests if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- You report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
- You provide proof of damage or defect, such as photos or videos.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products and their shipping costs, we rarely accept returns.
- This applies to live worms, soil amendments, and any opened or used equipment.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
